We collect the minimum to run the tool and email you the PDF report.

What we collect

• Calculation inputs and outputs (only when you click Share or request PDF).
• Email address (only when you submit the email gate).
• Hashed IP and user agent (for abuse prevention; not used for marketing).
• Anonymous usage analytics (PostHog) — opt-out via cookie banner.

Email use

Your email is used to send the PDF report and occasional Joy Loyalty product updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Data retention

Anonymous calculations older than 30 days are deleted automatically. Email-bound records are kept until you request deletion ([email protected]).
